About Me
I’m Aireal, a licensed therapist, somatic practitioner, and the founder of Beloved Lotus. My work is shaped by lived experience. I’ve spent years in the mental health field, served in the Marine Corps, become a mother, and moved through my own healing from sexual trauma. These chapters of my life have influenced how I hold space and the grounded, trauma-informed care I offer. I support people who want to come back to themselves through the body. Together, we work through the places that feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelming. My clinical focus includes trauma recovery, somatic therapy for nervous system regulation, reconnection to pleasure, and repairing relational patterns. I work with clients navigating codependency, complex trauma (C-PTSD), depression, nontraditional or open relationships, identity transitions, and relational rupture or repair. Many people come to me when they feel disconnected from their body, their voice, or their sense of self. I’m currently completing a PhD in International Psychology, studying the psychological and somatic effects of Shibari as a therapeutic method. I use rope as a tool for tethered presence, embodied grounding, and nervous system healing, particularly for clients experiencing dissociation or disembodiment. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian and Transpersonal Psychology, somatic mindfulness, and trauma-informed nervous system work. I bring clinical depth and embodied presence, supporting clients in learning to stay with themselves, rebuild self-trust, and create relationships that feel safe, conscious, and real.
